Anyway here's a Goodies Bag for Verdi Macbeth, starting at the Royal Opera House tonight. . Not one but TWO free streaming online downloads, and a description of the new critical edition. Both come from Opera Today, a wonderful resource. The first download is Claudio Abbado, conducting at La Scala Milan in 1975. The second is Vienna, 2009, for Keenlyside fans. Enjoy !
